Hmmm, not sure. IPVision does have a website but we have’nt heard and new on the company who’s management as been quoted saying they are “The biggest camera integrator in the nation”, or something like that. Not knowing the company’s status - i’de still bet you could find a better quality, competent security hardware company than IPVision. 30 seconds and a laptop with a Google loaded browser is all you would need.

To give your querry an answer, all I can suggest is to get a list of clients and call for a positive referral from a few, if you can. Some of the bloggers here actually worked with IPVision & may know whats up with the company. Anyone?
